February 2, 2026	---	Practice begins for Farm/Minor/Major/Int/Junior Divisions
February 12 - 14, 2026	---	Tee ball and Rookie teams are finalized

February 16, 2026	---	Practice begins for Tee ball and Rookie Divisions

Eligibility :

Starting in the 2025 season, there is NO GEOGRAPHIC BOUNDARY LIMITATION for players in Farm, Rookie, and Tee Ball. Any child who is League Age 7 and under may play at Briarwood El Camino Little League no matter where they live. 

Please refer to the Little League Age Chart for Baseball to find your player’s Little League age. The draft and tryout process will ultimately determine the division of play between Farm, Minor and Major. 

Division Breakdown:

• 8:30 a.m. Check in - 9 a.m. start time for all players aged 6 to 8 years old (Farm and Minors)
• 9:30 a.m. Check in - 10:00 a.m. start time for all players aged 9-10 years old (Farm and Minors)
• 10:30 a.m Check in - 11 a.m. start time for all players aged 11-12 years old (Farm, Minors, and Majors)
  
• Tryouts for ages 13 and above will be TBD, dependent upon program enrollment

• Briarwood El Camino Little League will redraft the Farm, Minor, Major, Intermediate, Junior, and Senior division teams every year.

• League age 8-12 are required to try out.

• League age 6-7 are encouraged to try out.
  

• League age 13 and above tryouts will be TBD based upon program enrollment

• Following both tryouts dates, the league will conduct a draft with the head coaches from each team.

• All league age 10 -12 are eligible to be drafted in the Major Division.

• All league age 8-11 are eligible to be drafted to the Minor Division.

• All league age 6-9 are eligible to be drafted to the Farm Division.
